Press the Side Button and swipe right to enter "Heart Rate" (or press the Side Button again and Tap "Heart Rate")
Heart rate (PPG pulse rate) monitoring: Tap"Health &monitor'' turn on ''HR Monitor'' in the settings, the watch will detect it every 10 minutes. The device data is cleared at 0 o'clock on the day, You can connect to the App to upload all data. those date will storage 30days
APP Operation:
"Veepoo Health" to connect to the device, Tap''Mine'',find "My Device", Tap''RIG'',on more Tap "Switch Setting", and tap the "HR Automatic Monitoring" switch
